It's entirely possible that, by adding 6 new classes to the game, you've significantly reduced the chance of any one class spawning as they all have an equal chance and so more classes means less chance of seeing the one you want. Which hero class mods are you experiencing problems with? That might help to narrow down the specific issue. Again, if an old class mod does not have this code then they might not appear at the stagecoach. I believe it's to do with the random generation of initial perks.
